What up fellas? Great practice Sun(until I dove into the lake infront the of the snake).Anyone have bruised up knees or hips. I have a few. I know alot of you guys are more comfortable with the knee slide, but if you watched the other guys, there was alot more chance of getting hurt.We defiantly need to work on the sliding drill every weekend tell we got it down, then we'll work on supermans. Keep up the good work, Rookie squad you guys are off the hook!!

the only problem with sliding was the ground was being a poohead. normally i could kneeslide and shoot easily but that ground is like "RWAR GRAB ON AND EAT YOU"
