i would jus like to first thank you CPS for putting on a great event. The reffing was great and tough calls were made correctly. I just had a few suggestions that I would like to see addressed if possible. I would like to see the format for the preliminary games and quater finals for the next tournament. In other words, I would like to see whether it will be on a point system or a bracket point system. This past tourney was a little different. The Preliminary games were just based on points for the top teams to move on. However, the quater-finals were then switched to brackets and Pts? I would just like to see a little consistancy on that end. Either format was fine, but would just like to know before the tourney or at the captains meeting so we know exactly how the teams will be judged. Other than that, this was a great tournament. Paint shot great, teams were competitive, reffing was tops, and field layouts were great (except for the wind) Please let me know if this can be addressed if possible. thank you

Thank you for your positive support and thank you for addressing your issues in a positive way. However, there are a few misconceptions. The scoring and bracket system was run exactally the same as event #1. Consistancy is essential to making this series succesfull. The way we ran it is exactally how it is done in XPSL and NPPL. In national tournaments, you compete with everyone for a spot in the quarters and once you are in quarters, you compete with your bracket. On the other hand, we could of made it more clear to the teams instead of assuming they understood how it works. The way quarters and finals are determined will be in writing on the guidlines at the next event, as well as discussed more in depth at the captains meeting. Input like this from teams will only help us improve the series, thank again. Aaron Smith
